1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using All Days, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use All Days. By using the app, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement.

3. Description of Service

All Days is a holiday calendar app covering 221 holidays across 33 world religions and cultures. It provides Agenda, Daily, Weekly, and Monthly views, tradition filtering, and holiday details with cultural context. All Days+ subscribers may export holiday observances directly to Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, or Outlook. Holiday information is provided for educational and cultural awareness purposes only. All Days is not a substitute for official religious, governmental, or institutional guidance regarding dates or observances.

4. In-App Purchases & All Days+

All Days offers an optional All Days+ subscription that unlocks calendar export functionality.

• All Days+ is available as a monthly ($3.99/month) or annual ($29.99/year) subscription, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Subscriptions are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted through Apple.

5. Calendar Access

All Days+ requires permission to add events to your calendar in order to export holiday observances. The app uses this permission only to write events you explicitly request. It does not read, modify, or delete any existing calendar events. You may revoke calendar access at any time in your device settings.

6. Accuracy of Holiday Information

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of holiday dates, names, and cultural descriptions. However, holiday observances can vary by region, denomination, community, and year. Dates may differ based on local tradition or lunar calendar calculations. All Days is not an authoritative religious or governmental source. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or variations in the holiday data provided.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to exploit, harm, or reverse-engineer the app or its systems
• Use the app if you are under the minimum required age
• Misrepresent holiday information exported from the app as official or authoritative

8. Intellectual Property

The All Days app, including its design, code, holiday descriptions, cultural context writing, and all other creative materials, is owned by Miwa Studio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Days is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that holiday data will be complete or accurate for every region or tradition.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to scheduling errors resulting from inaccurate holiday data, loss of data, or loss of profits.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
